Corrections

If something on our site is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Tell us which page, what the problem is and, if you can, a source that shows the correct information, such as a regulator register entry or a casino’s current terms. When we correct an error, we note the change on the page.

Operator updates

If you represent a casino we cover and your licence details, ownership, payment methods, support channels or terms have changed, send us the details with a link to the official source. We check every update against the regulator’s register or your published terms before we change anything. Please note that operators cannot pay to change a score or a position. What we cannot help with

We are not a casino and we do not hold player accounts or funds, so we cannot resolve account problems, withheld withdrawals, bonus disputes or verification issues.
