These terms apply to your use of the MyCasinoGuru website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
MyCasinoGuru publishes information, reviews and comparisons about online casinos in the markets we cover. We are not a casino. We do not offer gambling, take bets, process payments or hold player funds. Any account you open with a casino is a contract between you and that operator, under its terms.
Not advice
Our content is general information. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Scores and rankings are our editorial opinion, based on the methodology described on our How we review casinos page. Before you sign up with any casino, read its own terms and make your own decision.
Gambling involves risk of losing money. No game, strategy or casino offers a reliable way to make money. Please read our responsible gambling page.
Age and local law: your responsibility
The site is for adults only. You must be at least 18, and older where your local law sets a higher age (for example, 19 in Ontario).
Gambling laws vary between countries, provinces and states. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you are, that you meet the minimum age, and that any casino you use is licensed to serve players in your location. We work hard to keep our information accurate. Licences are checked on regulators’ registers and re-checked at least every 30 days, and reviews show when they were last reviewed. Even so, casinos change their terms, payment methods, offers and licences, sometimes without notice, and errors can happen. We cannot guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it.
When we find or are told about an error, we correct it and note the change on the page. You can report a problem through our contact page.
We may change, add or remove content, or change these terms, at any time. The current version of these terms will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the version in force at the time.
Third-party sites
The site links to websites we do not control, including regulators, help organisations and, in some markets, casino operators. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of those sites. A link to a casino is not a guarantee of how that casino will treat you. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, for example by introducing malicious code or overloading it.
- Scrape or copy the site’s content in bulk, or reuse it commercially, without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The content on MyCasinoGuru, including text, ratings, methodology, design and graphics, belongs to MyCasinoGuru or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. Any other use needs our written permission.
Casino names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the casinos we write about.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyCasinoGuru is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including losses from gambling or from dealings with any casino or other third-party site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will always be accessible or free of errors. We may suspend or change parts of the site for maintenance or other reasons.
