Overview

32Red is one of the older names in British online casino. It now sits under Platinum Gaming Limited, which also runs Unibet’s UK site, and offers casino, live casino, sports, poker and bingo-style games from one account.

This review is desk research. Licence facts come from the Gambling Commission public register; other details come from 32Red’s homepage and terms and conditions. We have not opened an account or played.

Licence and ownership

The register lists Platinum Gaming Limited under account number 45322, with active remote licences for casino, bingo, general betting (real and virtual events) and pool betting, all recorded from 12 July 2016.

www.32red.com is an active domain on that account, alongside www.unibet.co.uk. 32Red is not listed as a trading name for this account, so the domain listing is the link. An older account, 39430, shows the 32Red trading name and several 32red domains as inactive.

One regulatory action is recorded against account 45322. Open the register entry and read the public statement before you sign up.

32Red’s terms describe Platinum Gaming Limited as a Gibraltar company, also licensed in Gibraltar for customers outside Great Britain.

Because the current account carries no 32Red trading name, searching the register for the 32red.com domain is the clearest way to confirm the link. The entry shows each licence activity, its status and the date it began.

Games

The 32Red homepage lists these casino sections:

  • Slots, exclusives and jackpots
  • Live casino and game shows
  • Table games, including roulette, blackjack and baccarat
  • Slingo and instant win games

Sports betting and poker have their own sections. Online slots for British players follow the national stake limits below.

Payments and withdrawals

According to 32Red’s terms, you can deposit by debit card (Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron) and online payment services such as PayPal. Credit cards are not accepted, including through linked e-wallets. The homepage also shows Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Trustly logos; we have not confirmed these in the cashier, so check there if you want to use one of them.

On withdrawals, the terms state:

  • Verification must be complete and funds cleared before a withdrawal
  • Money is returned to the card or payment service used to deposit
  • The standard minimum is £5
  • There is no charge for withdrawals to UK debit cards or online payment services

The terms give no processing times, so look in the help centre or ask support how long your chosen method usually takes.

Player protection and support

32Red’s terms say you cannot deposit, withdraw or gamble until fully verified, consistent with the Gambling Commission rule that age and identity must be checked before play.

Credit cards have been banned for gambling since 14 April 2020. Online slot stakes are capped at £5 per spin for those aged 25 and over and £2 for 18 to 24 year olds, since 9 April and 21 May 2025. GAMSTOP offers free self-exclusion across GB-licensed sites.

Support runs through 32Red’s help centre. According to the terms, complaints go to customer support first, and disputes still unresolved after eight weeks can be referred free of charge to eCOGRA.

Our view

32Red suits players who want an established British brand with casino and sport in one place, backed by written terms that are clear on fees.

Read the regulatory action on account 45322, check that 32red.com is still on its domain list, and confirm withdrawal times and methods in the help centre. This is an 18+ product.
