Overview
Casumo is an online casino that launched in Malta and serves British players through casumo.com, with a UK section at casumo.com/en-gb. It offers slots, live casino, table games, jackpots and a sportsbook.
This review is desk research. Licence facts come from the Gambling Commission public register, and other details from Casumo’s UK homepage and withdrawal policy. We have not opened an account, deposited or played.
Licence and ownership
The register lists Recro Limited under account number 61549, with active remote licences for casino (from 21 December 2023) and general betting on real and virtual events. casumo.com is an active domain on the account.
An older account, 39265, shows the Casumo trading name and casumo.com as inactive, so the brand has moved to a different licensee in recent years. When we checked, the register showed no regulatory actions against account 61549.
Casumo’s footer says Recro Limited is incorporated in Malta and licensed in Great Britain under account 61549, which matches the register.
Because the licensee has changed, rely on the current entry rather than older reviews: search the public register for casumo.com or account 61549. It lists each licence activity with its status and start date, plus the domains attached to the account.
Games
The Casumo UK homepage lists:
- Slots, which it describes as more than 6,000 titles
- Progressive jackpots
- Live casino, including game shows and Casumo-branded live tables
- Table games: roulette, blackjack and baccarat
- Sports betting
Online slots for British players are subject to the national stake limits explained below.
Payments and withdrawals
The UK homepage shows these deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and instant banking, and its FAQ adds Neteller and MuchBetter for withdrawals. Visa and Mastercard here mean debit cards, as credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Great Britain.
Casumo’s withdrawal policy says:
- Withdrawals are paid to the deposit method wherever possible, and only to the account holder
- A withdrawal should be approved or denied within three days
- Withdrawals under £10 carry a £3 fee; larger ones are free
- Extra checks apply above certain amounts, and slow replies to document requests can delay payment
How long the money takes after approval depends on the payment method, and Casumo lists those timings on its site. The policy also blocks payouts while a deposit has not cleared or has been charged back, so allow for that when you plan a withdrawal.
Player protection and support
The Gambling Commission requires online operators to check age and identity before a customer can gamble. The ban on gambling with credit cards dates from 14 April 2020.
Online slot stakes are capped at £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 for those aged 18 to 24, limits introduced on 9 April and 21 May 2025. GAMSTOP offers free self-exclusion from all GB-licensed sites and apps, and Casumo links to it.
Casumo’s own PlayOkay tools include deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion. UK support runs from 7am to 11pm (UK time), with email at hey@casumo.com.
Our view
Casumo fits players who want a wide slot range, live tables and sport in one account, and who value a published withdrawal decision window.
Confirm account 61549 and casumo.com on the register, keep withdrawals at £10 or more to avoid the fee, and read the full withdrawal policy. This is an 18+ product.
