Overview

Bally Bet Casino is the online casino brand of Bally’s Corporation in New Jersey, connected to the Bally’s casino resort in Atlantic City. The DGE’s August 2026 revenue release lists Bally Bet under Bally’s, alongside other brands on the same permit such as BetFanatics and Monopoly.

This is desk research from DGE records and Bally’s own New Jersey pages.

License and ownership

The DGE lists internet gaming permit NJIGP 26-011 for Premier Atlantic City LLC d/b/a Bally Atlantic City. Bally’s Q2 2026 report to the DGE lists the Bally’s Casino skin and says Gamesys, a UK-based online gaming operator owned by the Bally’s group, operates the platform while the casino keeps the required bank account.

The Bally Bet Casino NJ footer says the site is operated by Gamesys US LLC with Premier Entertainment AC, LLC d/b/a Bally’s Atlantic City Casino Resort under a DGE internet gaming permit. The legal name in the footer and in the quarterly report (Premier Entertainment AC, LLC) is not worded the same way as the DGE permit list. Check the DGE permit list for the current entry.

Games

Bally Bet Casino’s New Jersey page lists:

  • Online slots and jackpot slots, such as Deal or No Deal and Diamond Bonanza
  • Table games including American Roulette, Blackjack With Surrender and Let It Ride
  • Game King video poker
  • Live dealer games such as Live Roulette, Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and Ultimate Texas Hold’em

The footer notes that game availability depends on state rules.

Payments and withdrawals

For deposits, the NJ page lists PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, VIP Preferred and cash at the Bally’s Atlantic City cage. For withdrawals it lists PayPal, Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, VIP Preferred and cash at the cage. The footer says some payment methods are only available in certain states.

Bally’s New Jersey help center has a withdrawal methods section, but we could not open it, so this profile does not give withdrawal times or limits. Check the help center and cashier before you deposit.

Player protection and support

New Jersey’s internet gaming rules (N.J.A.C. 13:69O) set the legal age at 21 and require operators to check a player’s physical location at login. Wagers are only accepted from people who are physically in New Jersey, so a VPN or an out-of-state device will be blocked.

Bally Bet Casino’s footer says you must be 21 or older and located in New Jersey to play, links to an RG Check page and responsible gaming page, and lists 1-800-GAMBLER. The Bally’s Atlantic City site mentions deposit limits, cool-offs and session reminders for online play.

The New Jersey Attorney General’s responsible gaming page points players to the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline. If a complaint with the operator is not resolved, the DGE accepts disputes once the player has a written response from the casino permit holder. The DGE’s internet gaming contact is igaming@njdge.gov or (609) 984-0909. See the DGE internet gaming information page and the Responsible Gaming in New Jersey page.

Our view

Bally Bet Casino suits New Jersey players who want a mid-sized casino with live dealer games and the option of cash transactions at an Atlantic City resort.

Before signing up, confirm the Bally’s permit on the DGE list, check the withdrawal help pages for timings, and make sure your chosen method supports both deposits and withdrawals.
