Overview
Caesars Palace Online Casino is Caesars Entertainment’s casino-only brand in New Jersey, separate from the Caesars Sportsbook app. The DGE’s August 2026 revenue release lists Caesars Palace under CIENJ (Tropicana), and it was among the five largest online casino brands in the state by year-to-date win.
This profile is desk research from DGE documents and the operator’s New Jersey support pages.
License and ownership
The DGE lists permit NJIGP 26-012 for Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC as the Affiliate of Tropicana Atlantic City Corp.. The Tropicana’s Q2 2026 report to the DGE says the internet gaming permit is held by Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC (CIENJ), a wholly owned subsidiary of William Hill US Holdco, Inc., itself owned by Caesars Entertainment, Inc.
That report does not name the Caesars Palace Online Casino skin, so the brand link comes from the DGE revenue release. Check the DGE permit list for the current entry.
Games
The operator’s New Jersey pages group content into games, live games and online slots. We did not find a full game list on the pages reviewed, so check the app lobby if you are looking for a particular table game or live dealer format.
Payments and withdrawals
The New Jersey payments page lists these deposit methods: debit cards (Visa or Mastercard), eCheck through VIP Preferred, online banking, the Caesars Play+ card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay (debit only), PayNearMe cash, wire transfer for $2,500 or more, and gift cards up to $500 a day. Credit cards are not accepted for New Jersey deposits.
Withdrawals can go to a debit card, eCheck, online banking, PayPal or Venmo, Play+ or wire transfer. Apple Pay and PayNearMe cannot be used to withdraw. According to the page:
- Many approved debit card withdrawals post within an hour
- eCheck withdrawals usually post within 1 to 2 business days
- Online banking is processed daily but the bank may take several business days
- Most approved PayPal withdrawals arrive the same day
The minimum deposit is $5 and the minimum withdrawal is $1. You must deposit with PayPal before it appears as a withdrawal option, and Caesars may ask for extra documents before approving a payout. Full details are on the Caesars Palace Online NJ payments page.
Player protection and support
New Jersey’s internet gaming rules (N.J.A.C. 13:69O) set the legal age at 21 and require operators to check a player’s physical location at login. Wagers are only accepted from people who are physically in New Jersey, so a VPN or an out-of-state device will be blocked.
The operator’s support pages show the 1-800-GAMBLER message for New Jersey and link to a responsible gaming commitment page.
The New Jersey Attorney General’s responsible gaming page points players to the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline. If a complaint with the operator is not resolved, the DGE accepts disputes once the player has a written response from the casino permit holder. The DGE’s internet gaming contact is igaming@njdge.gov or (609) 984-0909. See the DGE internet gaming information page and the Responsible Gaming in New Jersey page.
Our view
Caesars Palace Online Casino suits New Jersey players who want a casino-only app from a large Atlantic City group, and those who value clear posting times for withdrawals.
Before signing up, check the DGE permit list, choose a withdrawal method you can also deposit with, and be ready to supply ID if Caesars asks for it.
