Overview

DraftKings is one of the biggest online casino brands in New Jersey. The DGE’s August 2026 revenue release lists it under Resorts and ranks it second among internet gaming brands by year-to-date win. Its New Jersey terms of use cover both the sportsbook and the casino.

This profile is desk research based on DGE records and DraftKings’ own pages.

License and ownership

The DGE’s permit holder list shows NJIGP 26-008 for DGMB Casino, LLC. A quarterly report filed with the DGE by DGMB Casino, LLC says the company owns and operates Resorts Casino Hotel and lists DraftKings among its online casino partners. DraftKings’ New Jersey terms of use say the site is owned and operated by Crown NJ Gaming, Inc., and DGE enforcement documents use the name Crown NJ Gaming, Inc. d/b/a DraftKings.

In other words, three names sit behind one app: Resorts’ owner holds the permit, Crown NJ Gaming runs the site, and DraftKings is the brand. The casino footer says it is licensed and regulated by the DGE as an internet gaming operator, and you can check the permit holder on the DGE permit list.

Games

DraftKings’ casino pages list these main categories:

  • Online slots and jackpot games
  • Blackjack, including Spanish 21
  • Roulette
  • Craps
  • Baccarat and video poker
  • Live dealer games
  • Rocket, a crash-style game

The New Jersey casino page says play is limited to people within state boundaries.

Payments and withdrawals

DraftKings does not publish its New Jersey payment methods where we could check them, so this profile does not list them. Log in and open the cashier to see what is available to you.

The New Jersey terms of use (last updated March 11, 2025) set out how withdrawals work. DraftKings may ask for ID, proof of address, payment account details or tax forms before paying out. Withdrawal checks go by U.S. Mail and are processed within 14 business days. The terms also say withdrawals are honored within 5 business days, or 10 business days after any required tax paperwork is submitted, unless DraftKings has a good reason to refuse. Delays caused by a payment processor or bank do not count against DraftKings under those terms.

In practice, a check is the slowest route, and a large win that triggers tax forms adds time. Sending your documents promptly is the one part of the timeline you control.

Player protection and support

New Jersey’s internet gaming rules (N.J.A.C. 13:69O) make 21 the legal age and require operators to confirm a player’s physical location at login. Wagers are only accepted from people in the state, so a VPN or an out-of-state device will be turned away.

The DraftKings casino site says only customers 21 and over may play and shows 1-800-GAMBLER in its footer. The NJ terms say players consent to checks on their age, identity and location.

The New Jersey Attorney General’s responsible gaming page points players to the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline. If DraftKings does not resolve a complaint, the DGE accepts disputes once you have a written response from the casino permit holder, here DGMB Casino, LLC. The DGE’s internet gaming contact is igaming@njdge.gov or (609) 984-0909. See the DGE internet gaming information page and the Responsible Gaming in New Jersey page.

Our view

DraftKings suits New Jersey players who already use the sportsbook or fantasy products and want one account for casino play too. The license chain runs through Resorts and is documented in DGE filings.

Before you sign up, confirm the Resorts permit on the DGE list, check which payment methods your cashier shows, and read the withdrawal section of the NJ terms so you know what documents may be requested.
