Overview
Hard Rock Bet is the online casino and sportsbook brand linked to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. The DGE’s August 2026 revenue release lists Hard Rock Bet under Hard Rock, and its year-to-date online casino win was up more than 40% on the year before.
This profile is desk research from DGE records and Hard Rock Bet’s New Jersey casino page.
License and ownership
The DGE lists internet gaming permit NJIGP 26-010 for Hard Rock Boardwalk 1000, LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Hotel Casino. The casino’s Q2 2026 report to the DGE describes an Online Gaming and Retail Sportsbook Services Agreement with Seminole Hard Rock Digital, LLC (SHRD), and says SHRD operates the hardrockbet.com skin. The same permit also covers bet365’s New Jersey casino.
The Hard Rock Bet New Jersey page names the DGE as regulator and its footer says the service is offered by Seminole Hard Rock Digital, LLC outside Florida. Check the DGE permit list for the current entry.
Games
According to Hard Rock Bet’s New Jersey casino page, the library includes:
- Slots, including progressive jackpots
- More than fifty blackjack variants, with live dealer tables
- American roulette and single-zero French and European roulette
- Video poker, including Game King
- Craps, such as Craps Alive and First Person Craps
- Pai Gow
- Live dealer games, game shows and live trivia
Payments and withdrawals
The New Jersey casino page lists instant bank transfer, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, cash at the Hard Rock Atlantic City cage, Apple Pay in the iOS app and Google Pay on Android for deposits. For withdrawals it lists instant bank transfer, manual bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo and cash at Hard Rock Atlantic City, and notes that some deposit methods cannot be used to withdraw.
The page does not give withdrawal times or limits. Check the cashier and the help center before you deposit, especially if you plan to use a card.
Player protection and support
New Jersey’s internet gaming rules (N.J.A.C. 13:69O) set the legal age at 21 and require operators to check a player’s physical location at login. Wagers are only accepted from people who are physically in New Jersey, so a VPN or an out-of-state device will be blocked.
Hard Rock Bet’s NJ page says players must be 21 or older and physically in New Jersey, with location checked by GPS in the app and GeoComply software on a computer. Sign-up asks for the last four digits of a Social Security number. The footer lists 1-800-GAMBLER for New Jersey.
The New Jersey Attorney General’s responsible gaming page points players to the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline. If a complaint with the operator is not resolved, the DGE accepts disputes once the player has a written response from the casino permit holder. The DGE’s internet gaming contact is igaming@njdge.gov or (609) 984-0909. See the DGE internet gaming information page and the Responsible Gaming in New Jersey page.
Our view
Hard Rock Bet suits New Jersey players who want a large table game selection and the option of cash transactions at an Atlantic City property. The permit and operator are both named in DGE documents.
Before signing up, check the DGE permit list, find out which withdrawal methods are open to you, and read the withdrawal terms for timing and limits. If you prefer cash, the operator says the Atlantic City cage handles both deposits and withdrawals.
